"Major disasters happen at a slow creep in a county and
ultimately transfers to a whole nation…"
Kingdom Come Outreach Ministries (K.C.O.M.)
was founded Nov. 1, 2006 by Harry Dendy of Greenville South
Carolina. Mr. Harry Dendy saw the need to intervene in the
rocky lives of socio economically disadvantaged youth and their
families that were affected by circumstances outside of their
control such as: economic and
social deprivation, inadequate health and self care, emotional
distress and illness, crime, suicide and premature death.
Mr. Dendy knew that the root cause and consequence of their despair was lack of
knowledge.
To reduce
the causes and consequences of poverty amongst economically disadvantaged youth
and their families through economic
development, advocacy, and other
vital resources. To
maximize access to all available resources and acts as exemplary
stewards in efficiently and effectively allocating those resources
and accounting for their uses.
To
manifest
a standard of righteousness that compels citizens to invite good
choices

Your donation(s) will help us continue to improve the
community around us starting with helping those that need help the most. We are
committed to helping improve society one person at a time.
A disaster doesn’t have to
suddenly happen in order to cause me to put the golden rule into
practical application by helping others. Major disasters
happen at a slow creep in a county and ultimately transfers to a
whole nation…This very reason is why I feel the need to do my part
now inthe areas ofeconomic
development and advocacy on behalf of impoverished individuals…These
are clearly needs that must be addressed in my city, county, state,
and Nation. My desire is tosee the national
statistical rankings for prisoners, homeless, and hungry individuals
decrease, and the only way to do that is by affecting lives one
person at a time.
Mr. Dendy’s
desire became a shared vision when he began mobilizing individuals
and other community based organizations such as the Community food
Bank, Goodwill, United Ministries Place of Hope, Wisdom In Living
Life Ministry,
